Animal ID: PPR17-92Ralphie (male)

Shih Tzu Mix    Age: Young Adult

Compatibility: Good with Most Dogs
Personality: Very High Energy, Somewhat Dominant
Health: Neutered, Vaccinations Current

This is sweet Ralphie. He is a 3 year old, 15 pound Shih Tzu. He is neutered, vaccinated and micro-chipped. He has no known medical conditions. Ralphie is very lovable. He loves attention and likes to cuddle up with you. Ralphie is very happy-go-lucky. He is very friendly with everyone. He usually only barks when the other dogs bark. He is being fostered in my home with my 13 year old male and 3 year old female dogs. He does well with both dogs. Ralphie loves to play with toys and with my dogs. He does not have any aggression issues - although he does want to eat everyone's food. If you have a timid dog, you would need ... (Read More)to feed them apart because Ralphie would take their food when he is done eating his food. He does not fight over toys, food or attention, but it is clear he would like to have everything. Ralphie is not house trained. He will poo in the house if you are not paying attention. He will go on a pee pad when necessary. When outside, he likes to play and run around instead of taking care of business. So you should be make sure he goes 'potty' while he is outside. Ralphie is just learning to sit and stay. We are working on walking on a leash also. He is very good at riding in the car. He cannot be put into a crate at all. He becomes extremely stressed in a crate. Ralphie would be a great addition to your home, but does need some training. If you have any questions please contact the foster home at the link found at http://puppypalsrescue.com/Dogs_Ralphie1792.html Fill out an application if you are interested in adopting this pup - you can find those at http://puppypalsrescue.com/Applications.html %BD%A0(Email the foster home and let them know you applied so they can be sure the application is received! ) (Less)
